訂單取消與延期政策
取消或延期通知：

  • 若要取消或延後已確認的訂單，請於預定到會日期前至少7天通知我們。
  • 通知時將收取 30% 的手續費。
短期取消：
  • 如果訂單在到會日期前不足 3 天取消，已支付的金額將不予退回。

惡劣天氣下的服務安排

  • 如到會當日香港天文台發出八號或以上暴風信號或黑色暴雨警告，顧客可選擇保留訂單。
  • 可在原訂日期起 90 天內選擇另一日期進行延期。

Extra Charges for Remote Areas

  • Sheung Shui suburbs, Yuen Long suburbs, Sandy Bay, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Cyberport, Bel-Air, Shek O, Airport, etc.: +$120
  • Discovery Bay: +$250

Delivery Arrangements due to Traffic Control

  • Ma Wan & Park Island: Delivery scheduled for 16:00 due to traffic control.
  • Sai Kung Pier: On weekends & public holidays, handover at Wai Man Road (Pool), Sai Kung Building, or Man Nin Street.

No Delivery Service for the Following Areas

Lok Ma Chau (Restricted Area), Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Hei Ling Chau, Chi Ma Wan, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Po Toi Island, Sai Kung Restricted Area, Wong Shek Pier, Kat O, Tap Mun, Airport Restricted Area, and some campsites.

Order Cancellation & Postponement Policy
Cancellation or Postponement Notice:

  • To cancel or postpone a confirmed order, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date.
  • A 30% administrative fee will be charged upon notification.
Short-notice Cancellation:
  • If an order is cancelled less than 3 days before the delivery date, the paid amount will not be refunded.

Arrangements under Bad Weather

  • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued on the delivery day, customers can choose to keep the order.
  • Postponement can be arranged within 90 days from the original date.
